- It’s 100 gm of instant noodles.
- Make ready 1 of medium sized onion chopped.
- Make ready 1 of medium sized tomato chopped.
- Make ready 1/2 cup of chopped capsicum/green bell pepper.
- Prepare 2 tsp of oil.
- It’s 1 glass of water.
- Prepare Pinch of salt.

Vegetable instant noodles with a twist instructions
- Heat the kadai and add oil,once heated add in chopped green bell pepper/capsicum.
- Add chopped onion.
- Crush the noodles and keep aside as shown in the picture.
- Now add the crushed noodles and add the salt,taste maker/masala powder given. Let it change the colour.
- Add in 1 glass of water and chopped tomatoes. Cook it for 10 mintues in a medium flame.
- When the water is drained mix it well and turn off the heat. Your hot veggies noodles is ready to eeeeat!!!.
