Ingredients of Malai Chilli Paneer

  1. It’s 200 gm of Paneer.
  2. Take 3 of Capsicum.
  3. Make ready 2 of big onion thin sliced.
  4. It’s 1 of big tomato thin sliced.
  5. Take 1/2 spoon of kitchen king masala.
  6. Take 1/2 spoon of maggi masala.
  7. Make ready 1 big spoon of cooking oil.
  8. You need 1/4 spoon of turmeric powder.
  9. Make ready 1/4 spoon or to taste of red chilli powder.
  10. Take to taste of Salt.
  11. It’s 1/2 cup of fresh malai.
  12. It’s 1/4 cup of milk.

Malai Chilli Paneer instructions

  1. Paneer cut into small triangles, then capsicum cut into small cubes..
  2. Heat oil in a pan add sliced onion cook till then light brown add tomato and then capsicum cook for 4 minute or till then soft..
  3. Add salt, turmeric powder, red Chilli powder, maggi masala and half spoon kitchen king masala and mix well..
  4. Add milk and cook for a boil then add malai and cook for two minute and mix well..
  5. Add paneer triangles and mix well..
  6. Malai Chilli Paneer is ready to serve..
