Bacon wrapped pork w/dijon butter step by step
- preheat oven to broil setting.
- mince garlic then add to butter.
- mix mustard with garlic butter.
- place butter in fridge.
- coat pork with salt/pepper generously.
- wrap bacon around pork.
- broil 4 inches from The TOP. 6- 10min.
- flip pork.
- broil for 5 -7more min.
- remove and let cool for a couple min.
- add teaspoon of butter to top of pork. sprinkle with parsley. serve immediately.
