  16. Take 1 tsp of Dhania powder.
  17. Prepare 1/4 tsp of Sea Salt Rock /.
  18. Make ready 1/2 cup of Curd.
  19. It’s 1/2 tsp of Cream Malai /.
  20. Take 1 cup of Water.
  21. Make ready of Coriander leaves.
  22. You need Dash of cream.

Baby Potatoes Simmered In Rich Onion Tomato Gravy step by step

  1. Wash the baby potatoes well, prick with the help of a fork  and boil them..
  2. Drain and let them cool..
  3. Now peel the cooled potatoes..
  4. Shallow fry them till they are light golden brown in colour..
  5. Keep them aside..
  6. Chop onions, tomatoes, ginger  and garlic. Put in a blender, add a little water and make a smooth paste..
  7. Heat a heavy bottomed pan or Karahi and put oil. Now add the onion-tomato paste to the oil..
  8. Add all the dry spices, simmer and let the water dry. When the paste starts leaving oil and the spices leave a good aroma add beaten curd and cream..
  9. Add water, if gravy is thick..
  10. Now, add the fried baby potatoes and simmer.
  11. Cover the dish for 5-7 minutes and let the potatoes absorb the rich flavours of the gravy..
  12. Once, you get the required thickness of the gravy, remove from heat and let the dish rest for sometime well covered..
  13. Put the dish in a serving bowl. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and a dash of cream. Serve hot with lachha paranthas..
