  1. It’s 1/2 cup of dried Chickpeas, soaked overnight.
  2. It’s 2 cups of kale, chopped.
  3. You need 1/2 of red bell Pepper, chopped.
  4. It’s 1/2 of red Onion, chopped.
  5. Make ready 1/2 cup of froze Peas.
  6. It’s 1/2 cup of froze Corn.
  7. Take 1/2 cup of oats.
  8. Make ready 1/2 tsp of Garlic powder.
  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp of oregano.
  10. Make ready 1/2 tsp of basil.
  11. It’s 3/4 tsp of Salt.
  12. You need 1/4 tsp of black Pepper powder.

Veggie Rich Protein Balls instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375'F..
  2. Heat a nonstick pan with 1/3 cup water. Add in bell pepper, kale and onion. Saute for 10 minutes..
  3. Add soaked chickpeas, sauteed veggies, peas, corn and spices into food processor and blend until well mixed..
  4. Next add oats and blend again..
  5. Now prepare tennis size balls out of the mixture..
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes OR optionally you can deep fry the balls in hot oil..
