Ingredients of Green Gravy Fish

  1. Prepare 250 gm of fish fillet.
  2. It’s 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp of Turmeric powder.
  4. It’s 1 tsp of Garam masala.
  5. Take 1 tsp of Kitchen king masala.
  6. You need to taste of Salt.
  7. It’s as required of Lemon juice.
  8. You need Bunch of coriander leaves.
  9. Take 4 of Green chillies.
  10. Prepare 1tsp of garlic paste.
  11. It’s 1 piece of ginger.
  12. Prepare 2 of tomatoes puree.
  13. Make ready 15 cloves of garlic.

Green Gravy Fish instructions

  1. Clean and marinate fish with salt,dry masalas and lemon juice.. Keep aside for 5 mins.. Shallow fry it till crisp.

  5. Add fish and fry again…
  6. Finally add water and adjust water consistency.. Leave for 10 mins on lower flame.
  7. Fish is ready.. Serve it hot with steam rice.
