Ingredients of Bacon Wrapped Steak
- Take 2 piece of Sirloin Steaks.
- You need 2 piece of Bacon.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Ground Black Pepper.
- Take 1 1/2 tbsp of Salt.
- It’s 1 tbsp of Sriracha Sauce.
- It’s 2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce.
Bacon Wrapped Steak step by step
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Cut each steak into 2-4 pieces depending on the size..
- Cut bacon in half and wrap around steak. If bacon continues to wrap more then once. Trim excess bacon or it will not crisp up. Put a tooth pick through the end of the bacon into the steak to hold it in place..
- Brush the Sriracha and Worcestershire on top and bottom of the steak..
- Cover the steak with salt and pepper.
- Sear the steak on top and bottom for about 5 minutes each side on medium high heat..
- If you have an oven safe pan you may transfer it to the oven. If not put steaks into a 8x8 baking dish then place in the oven..
- Cook for about 20 mins rotating about every 5 minutes for even cooking..
- Let sit after finished in the oven for a few minutes to allow steak to soak up the juices..
