  10. It’s 4 of garlic cloves.
  11. Prepare 10 of dried porcini mushrooms or any other dried mushrooms.
  12. Prepare 1 tablespoon of rice wine vinegar.
  13. You need 1 of lime, juiced.
  14. Make ready 1 sheet of nori(seaweed sheet).
  15. Take 500 ml of water to boil noodles.
  16. You need 1 cup of water to hydrate mushrooms.

You can find packages of ramen noodles in the Asian section of your supermarket or at your local Asian grocer.You can also use packaged ramen.Fresh ramen noodles are a must for this dish.Two of my favourite things right there - noodles and omelettes.

  1. Boil the noodles in one large bowl for about 5-10 minutes. Set aside once done..
