- Take 1 of small onion finely chopped.

- Make ready 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.

- You need 1/4 tsp of lemon juice.
- You need 1 small cube of cheese.
- It’s to taste of Salt.
- You need 2 cups of water.
- Make ready 1 tbsp of oil or butter.
- Take as required of Chilli flakes for garnishing.

- Heat oil in a pan on low medium flame..
- Add chopped onion and green chilli. Saute till onion turns translucent..
- When onion turns soft and translucent, add in the chopped tomato. Saute for 1-2 minutes..
- Add in the capsicum and peas. Saute for 1-2 minutes..
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, maggi tastemaker, pav bhaaji masala and salt. Mix well..
- Add maggi packs and 2 cups water. Mix well. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame..
- Finally add lemon juice. Mix well and pav bhaaji maggi is ready..
- Lastly, top maggi with grated cheese, sprinkle some chilli flakes and serve hot..
