Ingredients of Maggi Pizzaratta
- Make ready 1 packet of Maggi(your choice).
- It’s 1 tbsp of Maggi masala.
- Prepare Pinch of salt.
- Make ready of Water as required.
- You need 1 tbsp of oil.
- Take 1 tbsp of cheese.
- You need 1 tbsp of pizza sauce.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of onion slices.
- Prepare 1 tsp of mayonnaise (optional).
- Take Pinch of mix herbs.
Maggi Pizzaratta instructions
- Bring water to boil (just enough to dip the maggi). Once the water boils add the maggi. Let it cook on medium flame till soft..
- Add the Maggi masala and salt. Stir well..
- Switch off the flame after approximately 4-5 minutes and strain the maggi..
- Meanwhile take a non stick tawa and spread oil on the tawa. Place a round shaped mold on the tawa. Transfer the cooked maggi in side the mold on the tawa..
- Let it cook from one side for about 2 to 4 minutes on medium flame. once crispy from one side, turn the side. (Tip : place a plate on the tawa and tilt the tawa upside down). Now cook from other side as well. pour some oil at this moment.
- Place slices of onion leaving some gaps in between. Fill the gaps by pouring pizza sauce. Place a tiny spoon of mayonnaise in the centre. Grate cheese on top. Cover with lid and let it cook for another few minutes till the cheese melts..
- Transfer it into serving plate. sprinkle some mix herbs. Enjoy Garama garam pizzaratta.
