Ingredients of Maggi Pizzaratta

  1. Make ready 1 packet of Maggi(your choice).
  2. It’s 1 tbsp of Maggi masala.
  3. Prepare Pinch of salt.
  4. Make ready of Water as required.
  5. You need 1 tbsp of oil.
  6. Take 1 tbsp of cheese.
  7. You need 1 tbsp of pizza sauce.
  8. Prepare 1/2 cup of onion slices.
  9. Prepare 1 tsp of mayonnaise (optional).
  10. Take Pinch of mix herbs.

Maggi Pizzaratta instructions

  1. Bring water to boil (just enough to dip the maggi). Once the water boils add the maggi. Let it cook on medium flame till soft..
  2. Add the Maggi masala and salt. Stir well..
  3. Switch off the flame after approximately 4-5 minutes and strain the maggi..
  4. Meanwhile take a non stick tawa and spread oil on the tawa. Place a round shaped mold on the tawa. Transfer the cooked maggi in side the mold on the tawa..
  5. Let it cook from one side for about 2 to 4 minutes on medium flame. once crispy from one side, turn the side. (Tip : place a plate on the tawa and tilt the tawa upside down). Now cook from other side as well. pour some oil at this moment.
  6. Place slices of onion leaving some gaps in between. Fill the gaps by pouring pizza sauce. Place a tiny spoon of mayonnaise in the centre. Grate cheese on top. Cover with lid and let it cook for another few minutes till the cheese melts..
  7. Transfer it into serving plate. sprinkle some mix herbs. Enjoy Garama garam pizzaratta.
