Ingredients of Butter Chicken
- Make ready 300 gms of Boneless chicken.
- Make ready 3 of large tomatoes ripe.
- You need 20-30 pieces of Kaju - Cashew Nut.
- Prepare 1 of large onion.
- It’s 4 of butter cubes.
- Take of Whole Spices -.
- You need 1 of large tej patta(Bay Leaves),.
- It’s 3 of Cloves (Lwang).
- Make ready 1 of Large Dalchini (Cinnamon),.
- Take 5- 6 of pieces of Pepper.
- Make ready 5 of large Cloves of Garlic and.
- Take 1 of piece ginger.
- It’s 4 of Chilli large.
- Prepare as needed of Salt sugar and Oil accordingly.
Butter Chicken step by step
- Take the boneless chicken and cut them to small cubes as shown in image.
- Now fry the chicken cubes till golden brown in a pan.
- Now cut all the tomatoes onions and mix all whole Spices.
- Put little Vegetable oil in the pan and put all the things together and cook for around 5 mins, add little salt red chilli powder and a hint of turmeric, add little water also.
- Now once the tomatoes and all others looks cooked partially let it cool and then grind them to make puree.
- Now take 2 cubed if butter in a pan and add the puree, add little Salt, little sugar and 2 more cubes of butter, you can add cream at this point if you want to.
- Now add the sauted chicken to the puree.
- Cover and cook for around 5/10 mins and then the Butter chicken is ready.
