  1. Prepare 4-5 lbs of russet potatoes, peeled and cubed.
  2. It’s 3/4 cup of water.
  3. You need 2 of Bou chicken bouillon cubes.
  4. You need 1 Tbsp of salt.
  5. Prepare 1 tsp of onion powder.
  6. It’s 1 tsp of garlic powder.
  7. Prepare 1/4 cup of butter.
  8. Take 1/4 cup of plain whole milk yogurt.
  9. You need 3 Tbsp of cream cheese.
  10. Prepare to taste of Salt, pepper, and parsley.

  1. Add the water, bou cubes, onion and garlic to the bottom of the pressure cooker..
  2. Pile the potatoes on top..
  3. Pressure cook on high pressure for 15 min with natural pressure release. Alternatively cook in a slow cooker on low for 5-6 hours..
  4. Check the potatoes are soft..
  5. Add the butter, yogurt, and cream cheese..
  6. Mash the potatoes and taste for seasoning. If you want, add water or milk to your desired consistency. Sprinkle with parsley..
