  1. Take 1 Packet of Maggi noodles.
  2. Take 1.5 cups of water.
  3. You need 1 of Cheese cube(Here I've used amul Cheese cube).
  4. Take 2 tbsp of oil.
  5. You need 1 of finely chopped onion.
  6. You need 1 of finely chopped potato.
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Cumin seeds.
  8. It’s 1 of garlic clove.
  9. It’s as required of fresh coriander leaves.
  10. Make ready 1/2 of red chilli chopped.
  11. Make ready 1/2 tbsp of red chilli powder.

Cheesy tadka Maggie Recipe instructions

  1. Bring water to boil and add in Maggi & Maggie masala. Cook it for about 2 mintues. Let's move on to another step..
  2. Transfer Maggi in a clay pot or in bowl or plate..
  3. Now heat a pan and add some oil in it. And fry finely chopped onion and potato till golden brown and crispy.Take them on parchment paper so that all the oil will be soaked.Keep them aside..
  4. For Tadka add Little bit oil in tadka pan.Add in cumin seeds. Then add garlic clove followed by chopped red chillies and coriander leaves. Cook few seconds and add 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder..
  5. Immediately transfer Tadka on the top of Maggi followed by fried crispy onions and potatoes. And finally add cheese on the top..
