- Prepare 1 packet of Maggi.
- It’s 1 tb of sp cooking oil.
- You need 1/4 tsp of cumin seeds.
- You need 1 of onion.
- Prepare 1 of carrot.
- Make ready 1/2 bowl of fresh peas.
- Take 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Take 1 of Taste maker of Maggi which is inside Maggi pack.
- You need 1 cup of water.
- You need 2 tb of sp boiled corns.
- You need 8-10 of paneer cubes.
Punjabi Tadka Masala Maggi instructions
- Open maaggi pack and transfer it in a plate with taste maker..
- Heat oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put finely chopped onions. Sauté for 2 minutes. Add peas and carrots and saute for 2-3 minutes or till peas are soft. Add Maggi and taste maker..
- Mix it well. Add 1 cup water and stir and cover it with a lid..
- Cook on low flame till all water is absorbed..
- Serve hot garnished with boiled corns and paneer cubes..
