  1. Prepare 1 packet of Maggi.
  2. It’s 1 tb of sp cooking oil.
  3. You need 1/4 tsp of cumin seeds.
  4. You need 1 of onion.
  5. Prepare 1 of carrot.
  6. Make ready 1/2 bowl of fresh peas.
  7. Take 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder.
  8. Take 1 of Taste maker of Maggi which is inside Maggi pack.
  9. You need 1 cup of water.
  10. You need 2 tb of sp boiled corns.
  11. You need 8-10 of paneer cubes.

Punjabi Tadka Masala Maggi instructions

  1. Open maaggi pack and transfer it in a plate with taste maker..
  2. Heat oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put finely chopped onions. Sauté for 2 minutes. Add peas and carrots and saute for 2-3 minutes or till peas are soft. Add Maggi and taste maker..
  3. Mix it well. Add 1 cup water and stir and cover it with a lid..
  4. Cook on low flame till all water is absorbed..
  5. Serve hot garnished with boiled corns and paneer cubes..
