  9. You need 1/8 tsp of Asafoetida.
  10. You need 1/8 tsp of Baking Soda.

  1. Make a smooth lump free semi-thick batter with all the ingredients mentioned. Cover and set aside for 20 minutes. Wash the Fenugreek Leaves under running water in a strainer before adding them to the batter..
  2. Heat oil on medium-high heat and dip the slices into the batter and see to it that they are evenly coated. Deep fry on both sides until done.
