- Prepare of Rice 200 grm.
- You need of chicken 100 grm.
- Take as needed of tomato chilli.

- Make ready of milk.

- Make ready 1 chopped of potato.
- You need 1 tbsp of ginger garlic.

South Indian Dum Biryani instructions
- Put rice in water for 2 hrs. Then put in pan with water & boil it. Take a bowl add chicken, haldi, salt, red chilli powder, oil & mix that wait for 30 min.
- Put the cooked rice in a dish and put it to dry..
- Take pan add oil & ghee add onion, potato, tomato, ginger garlic, chilli fry that.
- Add chicken & fry. Add garam masala biryani masala little water, cover pan.
- Take a pan first add rice then potato layer then rice then chicken layer..
- Add rose water, milk. cover the pan. Over add pan cover.cook it in low flame..
- Cook the biryani on low flame for 20 Mins.
- Serve biryani with coriander leave & salad & raita.
- Hot south indian dam biryani is ready to serve..
