Chicken Tikka in Mango Sauce instructions
- In a bowl, add chicken piece, salt, kaju paste, raw mango paste, ginger garlic paste, black pepper and oil..
- Mix it well and marinate for about 1hour..
- Heat a pan, add boiled mango pulp, salt, sugar, red chilli, turmeric. Stir it constantly for about 2-3minutes, making a thick sauce..
- Soak the toothpick for at least 30 mins in water to prevent them from burning..
- The chicken pieces are put into the toothpick one by one piece..
- Heat nonstick pan, add oil and butter..
- Put the chicken pieces on the pan and fry until golden..
- Take a serving plate.. Spread the mango sauce. Put chicken tikka on it and garnish with sauce..
