Ingredients of Chicken Ekka
- Take 300 grms of boneless Chicken.
- Take 1/3 cup of Kaju+magaz powder.
- It’s 1/2 cup of fresh cream.
- You need 1 of egg.
- Take 2 pinch of Green colour.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Chinese salt.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- It’s 1 tsp of white pepper powder.
- Take 1 tbsp of green chilli sauce.
- You need 1 tbsp of tomato sos.
- You need 2 tbsp of kaju tukda.
- Take 5-6 of green chilli.
- Take 8 of garlic colves.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of grinded ginger.
- Take 1/4 cup of cornflour.
- Take 2 tbsp of maida.
- You need 1 tbsp of rice flour.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of bread crumbs.
- Prepare as needed of Oil.
- Prepare Aa needed of Corinder leaves paste(1/4 cup).
- You need 1 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.
- It’s 1/3 cup of butter.
- You need 1 of cheese cube.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of Milk.
- You need As needed of Chopped corinder leaves for garnishing.
This is an easy recipe for Chicken Tikka Masala–chicken marinated in yogurt and spices and then served in a tomato cream sauce.Serve with rice or warm pita bread.Chicken Tikka Masala is rich and creamy with spicy tomato sauce.This recipe is easy to make and much better than Indian chicken tikka masala you get at restaurants.
Chicken Ekka instructions
- Take chicken pieces in a bowl(I use bone chicken if u like u can also use chicken with bone piece) add egg+ green colour+salt + Chinese salt+ white pepper powder+ corinder paste+ ginger garlic paste and mix it well keep aside for 10 mins.then add cornflour+maida+rice flour+bread crumbs and mix it well..
- Heat oil and fry the chicken pieces untill golden and crispy..
- Now take kadhai put 2 tbsp oil and butter when butter gets melt add grinded green chilli and garlic kaju tukda and saute for 1 mins.add kaju powder+ green chilli sos + tomato sos + white vinegar+salt + green colour and mix it well and saute for 2 mins..
- Now add fresh cream and milk and give it a mix put chicken pieces and mix it well and cook for 1 mins.turnoff the gas and put grated cheese and chopped corinder leaves..
- Serve hot as a starter or u can also have it with paratha or roti..
