Paneer momos is a famous street food in India.Homemade momos with a flavourful paneer stuffing and I made the outer covering dough with wheat flour. with step by step pictures, full video.To prepare the stuffing, mix together all the listed ingredients and keep aside.Fill some stuffing in the center of the circle, lift both the sides and seal them together as shown in the picture.

- In a bowl take maida, salt, oil and knead a dough using room temperature water. Cover and set aside for 1 hour..
- Slice, grate and chop vegetables and paneer and keep everything ready..
- Heat a pan and add oil, add onions and saute till slightly red. Add green chilli, ginger and garlic paste and saute..
- Add carrots and beans and cook on high flame. Then add other vegetables and saute..
- When the vegetables look little soft (but not overcooked) add chilli sauce, soya sauce, Blackpepper powder, salt and maggi masala to it and mix well..
- Finally add grated paneer and mix well. Our Momo stuffing is ready. Cool this mixture completely..
- Divide the dough in equal portions. I could make 20 moms out of this dough. Roll small puri's out of the dough using maida for dusting. Keep the puri's thick from the centre..
- Take the puri in your hand place a teaspoon of stuffing in the centre and shape the puri into dumplings..
- Likewise prepare all the dumplings in desired shape and keep them covered over a dry dusted plate..
- These can be steamed in a cooker or in a microwave. I used my idli stand for this. I greased the idli plates with some oil and placed the momos in it..
- Cook on high flame for 5 minutes and on medium flame for 10 minutes. Momos are ready to serve..
