- Roast all whole masale & onion,garlic with 2 tsp ghee.in heat pan.
- Roast it in slow flame it should be pink..
- Remove it from the flam.let it cool.grind it with 1 cup of milk.
- In a heat pan add oil heat it.put.1 Bay leaf,add tomato cook it 2 miniute.add chilli, turmeric,coriander powder,add sugar. sprinkle some water..
- Add chicken sautye it cook it high flame 5 miniute.
- Slow the flame,add griended masala.cook it slow..
- Add salt,Mushroom powder..
- Add milk powder..
- Add water for.greavy.it should be thick..
- When it Cooked remove it from the flame.in.a laddle put ghee,add methi leaves,temper chicken from this.put the lid..
- While serving garnish it with coriander leaves…
- It will go with lachcha Parantha very well..
