- Blanch spinach,curry leaves,mint with 1cup water for 3-4min. Then make a paste from it. Add all ingredients in mixing bowl and gradually add puree in it. And make a semi hard dough. Apply some oil on top. Rest it for 10-15min. Take a small ball of dough and roll it and Cook it on preheated tawa till crispy apply some ghee on top..
