- Dice ur veggies and set aside.
- Parboil ur noodles till soft but not soggy.
- Heat up 2 tablespoons of oil on low flame and stir fry ur veggies till a little soft. Add the noodles seasonings and combine as well.
- Add the parboil noodles, combine properly and take off heat.
- Break egg into a bowl, add little pepper, onion and salt to taste..
- Heat up 1 tablespoon oil in a frying pan. Add the egg and tilt to circulate evenly. Flip and cook the other side as well. Remove from heat, fold into 2 and serve with ur noodles..
