Ingredients of Chicken LababDarš²
- It’s 1pc of black cardamom.
- Prepare 2pcs of green cardamom.
- Make ready 1pc of cinnamon stick.
- It’s A needed of Oil.
- It’s 1pc of medium size onion.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- Make ready As needed of Coriander powder.
- It’s As needed of Cumin powder.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder.
- It’s 1pc of egg.
- You need 1 tsp of kasturi methi.
- Make ready As needed of Ginger paste.
- You need As needed of Garlic paste.
- Make ready 2pcs of tomatoes (grind and make a paste).
- Prepare Pinch of sugar.
- It’s 1/2 kg of chicken.
- Prepare 2 tsp of green chilli.
- Prepare 10pcs of Kaju/ cashew.
- Prepare 6pcs of badam/ almonds.
- Prepare As needed of Char magaj/ four majus.
- You need 1/3 cup of malai.
- It’s 1 tsp of butter.
- You need 1/4 cup of milk.
- Take 1 pc of Coriander leaves chopped.
Chicken LababDarš² step by step
- Heat 2 tsp oil put black, green cardamom cinnamon and saute for 10 seconds.Then add chopped onion and cook untill it turns to slightly light golden in colour..
- Add 1 tsp ginger, garlic paste and some water (about 3 tbsp) and cook for 1 mins..
- Add tomato paste and sugar.then add 1/2 tsp Turmeric + 1/2 tsp coriander powder + 1/2 tsp cumin powder + 1 tsp red chilli powder and mix well and cook for 5 to 7 mins..
- Now turn the flame on high and put chicken and saute for 5 mins.Then add salt + green chilli chopped + water (1/2 cup) mix and cover,cook for 10 mins..
- Then open and remove the chicken from gravy, turn off the flame..
- Whisk one egg.Heat some oil in another pan.Dip chicken pieces in egg and fry till golden and keep aside..
- Take gravy in a blender and blend it properly to make a smooth paste, remove and keep aside..
- Now take mixer grinder put 10 kaju/ cashew + 6 badam / almonds + 2 tbsp char magaj/ four majus and grind to make a powder then add 1/3 cup Malai and 1/4 cup milk and again grind it and make a paste, keep it aside..
- Again heat 2 to 3 tsp oil and put 1 tsp ginger,garlic paste and cook till golden brown, then add gravy paste add 1 tsp red chilli powder + 1/2 tsp garam masala powder and mix well..
- Add kaju / cashew Malai paste + 1 tsp butter + kasturi methi + coriander leaves chopped and mix it..
- Add chicken pieces give a nice mix and turn off the flame..
- Garnish with some butter and kasturi methi.Serve chicken Lababdar with paratha…
