Ingredients of Maggi Pasta

1. Take 1 of maggi.
2. Make ready 1 cup of pasta.
3. It’s 1/2 tsp of haldi powder.
4. Take 1/2 tsp of garam masala.
5. Prepare 1/2 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
6. You need 1 of onion puree.
7. Prepare 2 of tomato puree.
8. It’s 1/2 tsp of salt.
9. Prepare 2 of cheese slice.
10. You need 1 tbsp of mayonnaise.
11. You need 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.

Maggi Pasta step by step

1. Boil water in a pan add oil in it,add pasta, maggi, boil it on high flame..
2. Strain it with the help of strainer..
3. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok add onion puree, ginger garlic paste, saute it for 2 to 3 minutes..
4. Add tomato puree, haldi powder, lal mirch powder, salt mix it well, cook it on medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes..
5. Add maggi masala, garam masala mix it well..
6. Now add boiled maggi and pasta and mix it well. Cook it on low flame for 2 minutes, switch off the gas..
7. Now add mayonnaise mix it well..
8. Put it in plate, add cheese slice on it, u can sprinkle mozrella cheese (grated) on it..
9. Serve it hot..
10. You can add tomato sauce in it.(as per your taste).
11. You can add vegetables of your choice..
