- Tamam masalay ko dry roast kar k grind kar Len.mandi / kabsa masala ready..
- Ek pan me oil dal kar is me whole garam masala dal kar bhoona phir is me onion dal kar sauth karein..
- Aur chicken k picec dal kar bhoona phir mandi /kabsa masala, chopped tomato aur lemon zest dal kar achi trah bhoona phir is me salt (chicken k hesab se salt dalen) aur 1 glass pani dalen dal kar cook karein.
- Jab chicken gal jay to chicken k picec nikal len.(aur fry pan me oil dal kar golden colour me fry kar k nikal Len.).
- Phir is me rice dal kar salt (rice k hesab se salt dalen) aur pani dalen aur cook karein jab rice ka pani dry ho Jay to fry chicken picec rak kar dum dhen 10 minutes..
- Aur upper se fry almond,raisins and cashew sprinkle kar dhn..
- Chicken kabsa ready. And serve with mandi Chutney/ salads and lemon slice..
