Healthy Rajma Burger instructions

  1. Grind the sabut garam masala in to a fine powder. In a non stick pan take oil in med heat. Put the grounded Garam masala and add chopped onion and stir fry for 3 mins. Now add ginger, garlic mix well cook for 2 mins than add the tomatoes and cook for 3 mins. Now add the Dhaniya powder, Jeera powder, haldi powder and mix well… Than add the boiled Rajma. Add the dahi. Cook for a min and add the chopped corriender mix it and turn off the gas..
  2. Add potato into the Rajma mixture and mix well. Add salt and mix. Now grind the mixture in grinder for 10 secs. Take the mixture out. Make 3 equal balls. And flatten to make 3 patties..
  3. Take maida and corn flour mix well and add pinch of salt and water to make a little running batter to coat the patties..
  4. Take the patties roll them in bread crum than dip in maida batter than again coat the bread crum and keep aside..
  5. Take a flat non stick rava. Add oil. Place all 3 patties on the tave when oil gets heated. Cook for 2 mins. Now bursh oil on the top side and flip to cook the other side for 2 mins. Patties are ready..
  6. Now take butter in non stick tava. Heat the butter and slice the burger buns and toss them in butter….
  7. Mix mayonnaise and chilli sause. Put lettuse leave on one half of bun than add the Mayonese sauce mix on it. Place the burger buns. Now place the tomato and onion slices. Sprinkle some black salt, chat masala. And cover the burger with the other half..
  8. Serve with mint chutney or sweet chilli tomato chutney..
