Ingredients of Eggplant pakora
- It’s 2 of eggplant (brinjal).
- Make ready 1/4 kg of Besan.
- You need of Water - as required to make a paste.
- Prepare of Salt.
- Take 1/2 tsp of Lal Mirchi powder.
- It’s 2 tbsp of Rice flour.

- Take 2 eggplants (brinjal), cut them in round slices..
- For making besan paste, take 1/4 kg besan and 2 tbsp rice flour add a little water and make a thick paste out of it. It should have a ribbon consistency..
- Add salt and Lal Mirchi powder. Now dip the sliced brinjal the besan paste..
- Take a frying pan, grease it with some oil. Now take the egg plants coated with the besan batter. Shallow fry them on the Tawa on a medium flame. Now add add a little bit oil over all pakaros.
- Fry them until they are golden brown. Eggplant pagodas are ready. It's healthy and tasty snack. Enjoy the packoras…..
