Ingredients of Crispy Chicken Pok-Pok
- Prepare 1/4 gr of Boneless chicken breast.
- Make ready 3 of Garlic.
- It’s 10 tbsp of Flour.
- You need 1 pinch of Salt.
- Take 1 pinch of Black pepper (optional).
- It’s 9 tbsp of Corn flour/Maize starch or you can use Chicken crispy flour.
- Prepare 1 cup of water.
- Prepare of Vegetable oil or olive oil.
- Take of Tomato sauce (optional).
- Prepare of Mayonnaise (optional).
Crispy Chicken Pok-Pok instructions
- Dice boneless chicken breast into cubes (medium size).
- Chop-chop garlic.
- Mix 10 tbsp flour, a pinch of black pepper, chopped garlic, a cup of water and a pinch of salt in a bowl (batter).
- Mix 9 tbsp corn flour and a pinch of salt (dry ingredients).
- Floured chicken into the batter then coat chicken in dry ingredients.
- Fry chicken pok-pok (deep fry) until golden brown..
- Serve it with tomato sauce and Mayonnaise ;).
