  1. Take a half kg pumpkin and all ingredients peeled pumpkin and cut into small pieces..
  2. Turn on flame take a big bowl and pressure cooker add one glass of water add pumpkin pieces into it boil for 7 to 8 minutes on medium flame for 2 whistle..

  5. After 19 minutes heat the kadhai for deep frying open the lid apply water on hand and gently drop oakidas one by one in hit oil in medium flame, fry the pakodas till it golden drow and and crispy. Remove sweet pakodas in a kitchen towel. Fry same procedure left pakodas..
