Ingredients of Protein Rich Parantha

  1. Take 1 bowl of chana(gram) dal.
  2. It’s 1 of onion.
  3. Prepare 2 of green chillies.
  4. Prepare 4 tsp of green coriander leaves.
  5. It’s 1 tsp of Salt.
  6. Prepare 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder.
  7. It’s As needed of Ghee.
  8. It’s 1 cup of Wheat flour dough.

Protein Rich Parantha instructions

  1. Soak chana dal for 1 hour.
  2. Add dal and water in cooker,after 2 whistles switched off the gas.
  3. Strain the dal.
  4. Let it cool.
  5. Now mash the dal.
  6. In a bowl add dal,onion,green chilli, coriander,salt and lal mirch.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Now stuff this stuffing in wheat flour dough.
  9. Make pranthas by adding ghee.serve hot..
