Ingredients of Protein Rich Parantha
- Take 1 bowl of chana(gram) dal.
- It’s 1 of onion.
- Prepare 2 of green chillies.
- Prepare 4 tsp of green coriander leaves.
- It’s 1 tsp of Salt.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder.
- It’s As needed of Ghee.
- It’s 1 cup of Wheat flour dough.
Protein Rich Parantha instructions
- Soak chana dal for 1 hour.
- Add dal and water in cooker,after 2 whistles switched off the gas.
- Strain the dal.
- Let it cool.
- Now mash the dal.
- In a bowl add dal,onion,green chilli, coriander,salt and lal mirch.
- Mix well.
- Now stuff this stuffing in wheat flour dough.
- Make pranthas by adding ghee.serve hot..
