Add potatoes, water, celery, bouillon and salt. In a saute pan brown the ground beef.

Ingredients of Cheeseburger Chowder
- It’s 1 lb of Hamburger.
- It’s 2 medium of Potatoes (peeled and cubed, about 2 cups).
- Prepare 1 of Beef Bouillon Cube.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Salt.
- Take 1 1/2 cup of Water.
- Prepare 2 cup of Milk.
- Take 5 tbsp of Flour.
- Prepare 1 cup of Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese.
Add broth, celery, carrots, parsley and potatoes.Heat olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high.Drain mixture well, and return to Dutch oven.In a large saucepan over medium heat, cook and crumble beef until no longer pink; drain and set aside.
Cheeseburger Chowder step by step
- Cook hamburger and drain.
- Stir in cubbed potatoes, bouillon, salt, & water.
- Cover, bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender (approx. 15 min).
- Blend flour and 1/2 cup milk.
- Add to saucepan with remaining 2 cups milk.
- Cook until thick and bubbly.
- Add cheese and melt.
Transfer to a paper-towel lined plate.Slowly stir in milk, then add in potatoes, water, and bouillon granules; bring to a boil.DIRECTIONS In a large pot, brown ground beef and onion.
