Ingredients of Shahi Murg

  1. It’s 500 gms of Chicken.
  2. You need 4 tablespoon of onion paste.
  3. Prepare 1/2 Tablespoon of gingerpaste.
  4. It’s 1 tablespoon of Tomato puree.
  5. Prepare 2 Tablespoon of plain curd.
  6. You need 2 tablespoon of Kaju Paste.
  7. You need 2 tablespoon of Coconut milk.
  8. It’s 1/2 TABLESPOON of Kasoori Methi.
  9. Make ready 2 tablespoon of While oil.
  10. Make ready 1/2 Tea spoon of Cumin Powder.
  11. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon of Red chilli powder.
  12. Make ready 1/2 tablespoon of shahi garam masala.
  13. Prepare of fresh cream- as needed.
  14. You need of Salt and Sugar - as per taste.
  15. It’s 4-5 pieces of cardamom.
  16. Take 1 of cinnamon long steak.

Shahi Murg step by step

  1. Wash the chicken and marinate with onion paste, ginger paste, tomato puree, jeera powder, red chilli powder, salt for Half an hour.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, put cardamom & cinnamon. Put the marinated chicken with all it's ingredients. cook until the chicken gets soft. Put boiled water in small portion to make gravy..
  3. In a mixing bowl take some hot water, mix the curd, kaju paste and coconut power and make a smooth paste..
  4. Add the mixed paste in the chicken and cook until the chicken gets completely cooked, a nice aroma comes out with nice creamy colour..
  5. Add sahi garam masala, Kasuri methi and cook for 1 minute. Put the flame off and add fresh cream over for garnishing..
