  1. In separate bowl, beat eggs..
  2. In another bowl, place flour. Adding your choice of seasonings..
  3. Dip porkchop in egg first, turning once. Let excess egg drip off..
  4. Then dip porkchop in flour mixture, making sure to coat it all over..
  5. Repeat with other porkchops. Set aside..
  6. In a large skillet, fill about halfway with cooking oil. Pre heat on medium high heat..
  7. Take one slice of bacon, wrapping it around porkchop. Repeat with a second piece of bacon. You can tuck the bacon under itself to help it stay on the porkchop..
  8. Repeat, wrapping remaining porkchops with bacon..
  9. Cook until done over medium high heat, turning at least twice during frying..
