Ingredients of Egg Chicken Roll with Creamy Cheese

  1. You need 300gm of All Purpose flour.
  2. Make ready 1 tsp of Sugar.
  3. You need 7 of Egg.
  4. You need 500 gm of Boneless chicken.

  7. It’s 2 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.

  15. Make ready to taste of Chat masala.
  16. Prepare To taste of Salt.
  17. Prepare 1 cup of Refined oil.
  18. Take 2 tsp of Mustard oil.

Egg Chicken Roll with Creamy Cheese instructions

  1. Take all purpose flour in a bowl.add refined oil, egg, milk, sugar, salt to taste and mixed it well..
  2. Now add little bit of water and make a dough. Keep the dough aside for 45 minutes..
  3. Add mustard oil in a pan. Heat the oil properly. Now add chopped onion, sugar then medium fry..
  4. Now at this stage add one cup chopped capsicum in it and fry for few minutes..
  5. After that we need to add 2 tsp ginger and garlic paste and fry for 1 minutes..
  6. Now we need to add turmeric powder, cumin powder, Kashmiri chilli powder and fry until the raw flavors goes away..
  7. Now we add chicken and add some salt as per your taste and wait until it cooked properly..
  8. Now make the rotis with the dough which is keep aside for 45 minutes..
  9. Now fry the rotis with little bit of oil. Use oil as less as possible..
  10. Now take egg and put some salt and mixed it well. Now put this egg on a frying pan and put one roti over it and fry it properly..
  11. Now put cooked chicken, chopped onion, cucumber and green chilli in the corner side of the roti..
  12. Add some cheese in it..
  13. Now warp it in butter paper you may use other options and place it the hot pan or tawa and cover it for a minute so that it will melt the cheese and gives a creamy feeling..
