  4. In the mean time prepare the masala mix take a bowl and add dry powder masala and mix it properly. Now check the gas remove the lid and add all dry masala to it and cook for 1 min then add boiled Choley to it, water (which we have extract from boiled Choley) and again cover the lid and cook for another 4 mins. Now transfer it to a bowl ๐Ÿฅฃ..
  5. Place a tadka pan add there 3 Teaspoon of oil whole cumin seeds, chopped garlic, 2 Green chillies, red chilli powder. when it starts cracking turn off the gas flame and pour it into the choley gravy. Serve it with Bhatura, Poori or rice..
