  1. Make ready of Ingredients for Halwa.

  3. You need 1 cup of Ghee.

  13. Prepare pinch of Turmeric powder.
  14. It’s 1/4 cup of Oil.
  15. You need 1 tsp of Chilli flakes.

  17. Take of Kasuri methi half tsp.
  18. Take pinch of Chicken powder.
  19. Take of For Puri Ingredients.
  20. Prepare 2 cup of Maida.
  21. You need Pinch of salt.
  22. You need 3 tbs of ghee.
  23. You need 1/2 cup of Wheat flour.
  24. Take of Water as required.

Halwa Puri with Cholay ki Tarkari for Two step by step

  1. First take a pan and preheat ghee and add cardemon.
  2. Then add semolina and mix slowly for 5 min.
  3. Add sugar and again mix slowly.
  4. After melting sugar turnout flame.
  5. And rest for 10 min.
  6. After 10 min add 2 cup water with pinch of colour.
  7. Mix well and cook in slow flame for 10 min DONE.
  8. TARKARI:In a pan pour oil and add chopped onion, saunf,methi dana and chopped tomatoe.and fry in slow flame then add all spices except kasuri methi.
  9. Add boiled chanay with water and mix well.
  10. Then add kasuri methi and mix and cook in slow flame.
  11. And garnish with green chilli and coriander.
  12. FOR PURI:All ingredients mixed and knead soft dow.
  13. With the help of rolling pin make puri and fry in hot ghee.
