Ingredients of Indian spicy macaroni/ Pasta
- Prepare for of boiling macaroni/ Pasta.
- It’s 1 cup of Macaroni / Pasta.
- Prepare 2 1/2 cups of Water.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Salt.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Oil.
- It’s for of making macaroni/Pasta:.
- Take 1 tsp of Cumin seeds.
- It’s 2 of Green chillies chopped.
- Make ready 1 tsp of Chopped ginger.
- Take 1 tsp of Chopped garlic.
- Prepare 1 of Finely chopped onion medium sized.
- Prepare 2 of Finely chopped tomatoes medium sized.
- Take 2 tsp of Red chilli Sauce.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Tomato ketchup.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Chilli powder.
- Prepare 1 pinch of Garam Masala.
- Take as required of Required salt.

- Boiling Macaroni/ Pasta: Boil the water. And when it starts boiling add salt and oil. Let it boil for 1 min and add macaroni and cook. Once it's completely cooked,strain excess water and Keep aside..
- Meanwhile Heat up a pan, add in butter and fry paneer(any shape) till golden brown. Once it's done keep aside..
- In the same pan, pour oil in to it..
- Add cumin,once it starts to splutter, add chopped green chillies and saute..
- Now add chopped garlic and chopped ginger and saute it for a minute..
- Now add chopped onions,cook for 2 mins and add tomatoes..
- Mix well and cook for 2 mins. Add in - Salt,chilli powder, garam masala,ketchup, red chilli Sauce. Mix everything well and cover and cook for 5 mins in a medium low flame..
- Now add in the boiled macaroni/ Pasta and mix well. Cover and cook for 2 more mins..
- Tada ! Done…. Now garnish the spicy macaroni with some coriander leaves, paneer and olives..
- Serve hot !.
