- It’s 1/2 cup of basmati or bomba rice.
- Take 1 of Maggi seasoning cube.
- You need 2 cups of water.
- You need 1 cup of fresh orange juice.
- It’s 1 of large pinch of saffron.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of orange zest.
- Take of Orange segments as required.
- Take 1 tbsp of olive oil.
- Take 1/4 cup of finally chopped onions.
- It’s 1/4 cup of finally chopped celery.
- You need 1/4 cup of boiled yellow corn kernels.
- You need 1/2 cup of broccoli florets.
- You need 1 tbsp of boiled green peas.
- Make ready 1/4 cup of red bell pepper chopped.

- You need 1 tsp of chilli flakes.

Citrus Paella

- Wash and soak rice for 15 minutes., drain and keep aside.
- In a pan heat olive oil and sauté onion till pink.
- Add bell peppers and celery and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add rice, water, saffron, seasoning cube, chilli flakes and salt.
- Let it simmer on medium heat uncovered till rice is half cooked.
- Then add orange juice and orange zest.
- Cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add corn, peas and broccoli.
- Mix gently and evenly spread veggies across the pan.
- Arrange orange segments on rice.
- Cover and cook o gentle flame for 5 minutes until the rice is al dente.
- Serve hot.
- Enjoy endlessly.
