  1. Wash and soak rice for 15 minutes., drain and keep aside.
  2. In a pan heat olive oil and sauté onion till pink.
  3. Add bell peppers and celery and sauté for 2 minutes.
  4. Add rice, water, saffron, seasoning cube, chilli flakes and salt.
  5. Let it simmer on medium heat uncovered till rice is half cooked.
  6. Then add orange juice and orange zest.
  7. Cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
  8. Add corn, peas and broccoli.
  9. Mix gently and evenly spread veggies across the pan.
  10. Arrange orange segments on rice.
  11. Cover and cook o gentle flame for 5 minutes until the rice is al dente.
  12. Serve hot.
  13. Enjoy endlessly.
