Ingredients of Foil Chicken

  1. Take 1 kg of chicken pieces, with bones.
  2. It’s 2 tbsp of thick curd.
  3. You need 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
  4. It’s 2 tsp of kashmiri red chilli powder.
  5. You need 2 tsp of tandoori masala.
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of zeera(cumin) powder.
  7. It’s 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder.
  8. Make ready 1/4 tsp of Black pepper powder.
  9. It’s 1 tsp of lemon juice.
  10. Take 1 tbsp of butter.
  11. It’s 1 tbsp of oil.
  12. You need 1 cup of tomato sauce.
  13. Take to taste of Salt.
  14. It’s as needed of Coal for dum.
  15. You need as needed of Foil sheets, to wrap the chicken.

Foil Chicken step by step

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, ginger garlic paste, curd, lemon juice, red chilli powder, tandoori masala, zeera powder, garam masala powder and butter for 1 hour. Heat oil in a vessel. Add the marinated chicken and cook till the chicken is tender and water dries up..
