- Prepare of Dashimaki-tamago.
- Prepare of Ingredients.
- Take of ・ 3 eggs.
- Prepare 1 tablespoon of dashi stock.
- Make ready 2 tablespoons of sugar.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce (usukuchi).
- Prepare 1 pinch of salt.
- Make ready of Vegetable oil for greasing the frying pan.

- Break the eggs in a bowl and beat them well..
- Add dashi stock, sugar, soy sauce and salt to the beaten eggs, and mix well..
- Heat the frying pan over medium heat, then grease with a little vegetable oil, ensuring the pan is well coated..
- Pour in about one third of the egg mixture to the pan..
- Spread the mixture over the pan and stir with chopsticks..
- When the mixture is half done, roll it toward the front of the pan..
- Slide roll to the opposite side of the pan, and grease empty space again..
