Ingredients of Palak Paneer Bhurji

  1. You need 200 gm of paneer.
  2. You need 200 gm of palak(spinach).
  3. It’s 15 of Cashew nuts.
  4. Take 25 gm of Butter.
  5. It’s 1 of small onion.
  6. Prepare 1 of large tomato.
  7. It’s 1 tsp of Jeera /cumin seeds.
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Kashmiri mirch powder.
  9. You need 1 tsp of Garam masala.
  10. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Black pepper powder.
  11. Take 1 tsp of Ginger Garlic paste.
  12. It’s 1 tsp of Tandoori Masala (Optional).
  13. It’s 1 tsp of Maggi masala.
  14. Make ready 1 tsp of Kasuri Methi.
  15. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  16. Make ready 1 tsp of Sugar.

Palak Paneer Bhurji instructions

  1. Mash the paneer. Add maggi masala and salt to it and keep aside.
  2. Roast the cashew nuts.
  3. Boil palak with one tomato. Add roasted Cashew nuts and Make a fine paste of it..
  4. Now in a pan, add butter. Then add jeera to it. Cook for 1 min in low flame.
  5. Add onions, Ginger Garlic paste and Black Pepper. Cook in low flame till onions turns into golden brown.
  6. Add paneer bhurji to it. Add all the spices together and mix well. Cook for 3-5 min in low flame..
  7. Add palak paste and cook for 3 mins in low flame and then cover it for another 3 min.
  8. After 3 min, add 1 tsp Sugar and 1 tsp vinegar. Add Kasuri Methi. Mix well and off the flame.
  9. Topping with some dry fruits of your choice and serve hot.
