1. It’s 1 packet of Maggi noodles.
2. Prepare 1 of Onion chopped.
3. Take 1 of Chopped capsicum.
4. Prepare 1 of Chopped carrot.

6. Take as needed of Oil.
7. Take 2 tsp of Maggi masala.
8. Prepare 2 tsp of Tomato sauce.
9. Make ready 2 tsp of Schezwan sauce.

1. Boil Maggi but switch off flame just when it’s half cooked and strain it in strainer,pour cold water on it so that it becomes non sticky and keep aside in strainer.
2. Heat oil in a wok add onion sauté it now add all vegetables and pinch of salt and sauté it for five mins,add tomato sauce,schezwan sauce and vinegar and soya sauce each one tsp or as as per taste.
3. Now add Maggi masala and mix well and add boiled noodles and mix well for two mins.
4. Switch off the flame have hot sizzling Maggi topped with chopped onion and with cup of coffee..
