1. Prepare of To make white sauce:.
2. It’s 2 tbsp of Ghee.
3. It’s 1/2 cup of Menda.
4. Make ready 200 ml of Milk.
5. It’s as per taste of Salt.
6. You need 1 tbsp of Oregano.
7. You need 1 tbsp of Chile flakes.
8. Prepare 1/2 cup of Red Capsicum.
9. Take 1/2 cup of Green Capsicum.
10. You need 1/2 cup of Carrots.
11. Make ready 1/2 cup of Babycorn.
12. Make ready 1/2 cup of Sweet corn.
13. Prepare of To make noodles:.
14. Prepare 2 packets of Maggi.
15. It’s 1 cup of Tomato puree.
16. You need as per taste of Salt.
17. Prepare 1 tbsp of Oregano.
18. Prepare 1 tbsp of Chile Flakes.
19. Make ready 1 Packet of Maggi Spice.

1. Heat ghee in a pan, add almonds and cook till light pink in color..
2. Now add milk and stir constantly..
3. Once the flour and milk are well mixed, add vegetables, chili flakes, oregano and salt to taste..
4. Cook until the vegetables are cooked through and the sauce is slightly thickened. Then turn off the gas and put the white sauce on the side..
5. Boil water in a pan and add Maggi. Add tomato puree..
6. Now add oregano, chili flakes, maggi spices and salt to taste..
7. Once the noodles are cooked properly, turn off the gas..
8. Now take a glass mug and add the first prepared Maggi in it. Add the prepared white sauce on it and again Maggi on it. In this way Maggi and the layers of sauce are to be prepared..
9. Now you have to put cheese on it. This is how all the mugs are prepared..
