Hey everyone, welcome to our recipe page. Today I’m gonna show you how to make a special dish, Long Chiray. This is one of my favourite food recipe, this time i will make it a little bit tasty. This will be smell and look delicious.

Ingredients of Long Chiray
- It’s of For chutney,🌸.
- Prepare 6_8 of pieces sabut khatai.
- It’s 1/4 cup of imli pulp.
- It’s 10_12 of garlic cloves.
- Take 1 tbsp of Black salt.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of normal salt(will use according to need).
- You need 1 tbsp of garam masala powder.
- Take 10_12 of leaves dry Podina.
- Make ready 1_1/2 tsp of red crushed chillies.
- You need of Red food colour (I didn't used but bazar wale karte hain.).
- Make ready of We can use kahsmiri big chillies soaked for colour.
- Make ready of Ingredients for phulki🌸.
- It’s 1 cup of Besan.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Aata (wheat flour).
- It’s 1/2 tsp of baking soda.
- Make ready of Water as required.
- Prepare of For kababs 🌸.
- You need 1 cup of moong daal aata.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of besan.
- It’s 1/4 cup of aata.
- You need 1/2 tsp of soda.
- It’s 1 tbsp of red crushed chillies.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of Haldi.
- You need 1 tbsp of Zeera crushed.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Dhania crushed.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Salt.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Ajwain.
- Prepare of Water as required.
- Make ready 2 tbsp of Oil.
- Take 1 of Finely chopped onion.
- Take 1 tbsp of Finely chopped dhania.
- Make ready 2 tsp of finely chopped adrak.
- Prepare 2_3 of garlic chopped.
- Take of Fine slices of onions washed for serving.
Long Chiray instructions
- Make Chutney :🌸Wash dry khatai achi tarha phir pani mein soak karen over night ya 4_5hrs ke soft ho jae phir cook karen jab take ke ghul jae. Cool.
- Imli wash kar ke soak karen phir seeds nikal dein aur pulp reh jae.
- Soak kuti lal mirch in water before hand with garam masala.
- Put khatai with its water in blender and imli and blend than add all the ingredients and make Chutney. Check salt and chillies acc to taste, if you like add red food colour but I have not used its so tasty without it. Ye chutney na ziada patli ho na garhi..
- Make phulki batter 🌸Mix besan and ata in water with soda make a thin batter, (pakoray ke mixture se patla ho).
- Divide karen 2 bowls mein, I mein red food colour add karen 1/2tsp.Thori der rest dein.
- Kabab ka roti jesa dough bana lein, mix besan and aata and all dry ingredients, than mix chopped pyaz, dhania, adrak, lehson, green chillies, and add oil than add water thora thora kar ke. Rest for few mins.
- Make phulki 🌸use fry pan not karhai, heat oil and fry yellow one first, gol baray spoon ya dongay se thora pour karen aur phela dein and fry from both sides to nice golden colour on medium heat..
- Take a bowl with water with little salt and dip these phulki in the water till soft, than squeeze and take out in plate..
- Now fry red phulki in same oil and spoon, make flat phulki. When cooked from both sides take out in plate..
- Now make kababs 🌸Preheat oven/pot. Make seekh kababs shape with wet hands and fry on same fry pan but no oil just greased, Cook from all sides till a nice colour comes, take them out and bake them for 20/2 5mins till cooked..
- Assemble platter 🌸In a big platter/tray /thal put the kababs, both phulki pyaz and sprinkle chutney on them and serve chutney in small bowl..
- This platter is so tasty do try and enjoy at home when you can't go out these days..
