Ingredients of Health Rich Badam Powder

  1. Take 2 cup of Badam.
  2. Prepare 1 cup of Candy sugar.
  3. Take 25-30 strands of Saffron.
  4. Take 1 of Jaiphal /nutmeg.
  5. It’s 3 tsp of Cardamom powder.
  6. Make ready 1/2 cup of Pistachios.
  7. It’s 1/2 cup of Cashews.
  8. You need 1/4 cup of washed and dried soya bean seeds.
  9. Take 1/2 cup of Cleaned, washed, dried rice 1/2 cup (optional).
  10. Take 1 ltr of Water.

Health Rich Badam Powder instructions

  1. Boil water, add almonds or badam, let it boil for 3 minutes..
  2. Turn off the flame, add normal cold water, strain it..
  3. Spread on clean cloth, peel off, again spread on dry cloth for 3-4 hours..
  4. In low flame fry for ten minutes..
  5. Keep aside till warm..
  6. Fry the remaining ingredients except candy sugar for 5 minutes in low flame..
  7. Keep aside until cool in room temperature..
  8. Now add in Mixie with candy sugar..
  9. Grind into a fine powder..
  10. Spread the powder on dry plate minimum one hour..
  11. Store in airtight jar for three months minimum..
  12. Use in required time by boiling a cup of milk, add a tsp of powder..
  13. Stir and boil once, have it either hot or cold..
