  1. Prepare of biriyani.
  2. Take 300 g of basmati rice.
  3. Take 1 tsp of rose water.
  4. You need 350 g of chicken.

  7. You need 3 tsp of biryani masala.
  8. It’s 1 tsp of cumin powder.

  12. Make ready 10 tbsp of rice oil.

  18. Take 2 of tomato.
  19. Prepare 5 of black pepar.
  20. You need 1 of jaitri.

  25. Take 1 tsp of chat masala.
  26. Prepare 75 gm of curd.
  27. It’s 1/2 tsp of sugar.
  28. Prepare 5 of dates.
  29. Prepare 1 of kaju / cashew nuts.
  30. You need 1 of raisin.
  31. Make ready 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
  32. Take 1/2 tsp of cumin powder.

Tricolour Dum Biryani step by step

  1. Firstly,cut all the onion,tomato and garlic.fried the onion in oil and keep them aside.
  2. Mix the curd with all masalas..
  3. Marinate the chicken with the mix curd.add salt and keep them for 45 min.
  4. Then boiled water in handi,add rice and some garam masala in it with salt and oil..
  5. After boiling rice 75%,drainage water and dry in a plate in air.
  6. Then put oil in pan and fried the vegs..
  7. Then add marinated chicken in pan.saute it in karai for boiling.if u want give more masala u can add it here.salt and sugar as per taste..
  8. After that take a tawa in gas andput the handi,put the ghee inside of the handi and hot it..
  9. Then melted ghee and add oil in it then add chicken in low part then add rice then once again repeat.the frame will low..
  10. Then add fried onion colour rice and ghee also on the top..
  11. Add the kawra pani and rose water.close the handi by a cloth then put the lid on the handi.
  12. Leave the handi for 15 min and vepar made the rest biriyani.give a nice aroma.
  13. After then open handi and off the gas switch and turn the rice and chicken from top to bottom.
  14. Make raita by curd and dates. use sugar masala and dry fruit also.
  15. Serve both of them in plate..
