Ingredients of Crispy Bread Rolls
- You need 3-4 of boiled potatoes.
- Take 7-8 of bread slices(depends on potato stuffing).
- It’s to taste of salt.
- Take pinch of hing.
- Take 2-3 of green chillies chopped.
- It’s 1 tsp of chat masala(optional).
- Make ready 1-2 tsp of amchur.
- Prepare 1-2 tsp of red chilli powder(degi mirch).
- You need as needed of few coriander leavea.
- You need 2-3 tsp of dhaniya powder.
- Take 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder.
- Make ready of small piece of ginger.
- It’s 1 tsp of jira/ jira powder.
Crispy Bread Rolls step by step
- Grate potatoes in a bowl. Now add salt, red chilli powder, amchur powder, green chillies, dhaniya powder, chaat masala(optional), grated ginger, few coriander leaves,pinch of hing, garam masala, jira/jira powder. Mix them all..
- Now take a bread slice and cut all it's sides. Take some water in a bowl. Now take bread slice on your hand(palm) and with other hand sprinkle some water on the bread. Donot make bread too much moist or dnt let it remain too much dry. Now add some potato filling in the bread in between. Now close the bread with both hands and keep on pressing the bread gently to make it a roll..
- Do the same process with other bread slices. Now here I have cooked them in Air Fryer at 200°© for 15-17 minutes depending on the crispiness. You can also deep fry them at medium heat in oil till it turns golden brown..
- Serve the bread rolls with green chutney or ketchup and some hot tea/coffee.
