Ingredients of Chicken Lajab
- It’s 1 kg of Chicken.
- Make ready 4 pieces of Onion.
- Make ready 8-10 of Garlic cloves.
- Make ready 2 tablespoons of Honey.
- It’s 1 " of Ginger.
- You need 8 big size of Tomato.
- You need 2 tablespoons of Mustard Oil.
- Make ready 1 tablespoon of Ghee.
- You need of Garam masala-Dalchhini,Cardamom.
- It’s 1 teaspoon of Jeera.
- Take 2 tablespoons of Curd.
- Take of Malai.
- Make ready 8 pieces of Kaju.
- Prepare of Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder.
- You need of Garam masala powder.
- It’s of Lime -juice half of lime.
- It’s to taste of Salt.
Chicken Lajab instructions
- First take a bowl keep chicken pieces.
- Add salt.
- Add Kashmiri red Chilli Powder,add lime juice.
- Keep it for half an hour.
- Next fry chicken pieces in mustard oil.
- Keep it aside.
- Now two teaspoon oil in the pan, add garlic add onion sliced add tomato.
- Add kaju.
- Add dalchinni add cardamom keep stirring add water boil next cool and blend in mixing bowl keep it aside.
- Now add ghee in the pan add jeera add blended masala through the strainer.
- Add curd mix well add garam masala powder add fried chicken pieces.
- Add malai add salt add honey add kasuri Methi add kashmiri red Chilli Powder keep stirring.
- Keep it for one hour in low flame.
- Now delicious mouthwatering chicken is ready.
