Ingredients of Chicken Chaap

  1. You need 750 gm of Chicken pieces.
  2. Make ready 1 cup of Curd.
  3. Make ready 2 tablespoons of Kaju.
  4. Take 2-3 tablespoon of Besan.
  5. Take 2 tablespoons of Garlic.
  6. Make ready 1 teaspoon of Ginger.
  7. Prepare 1 tablespoon of Mawa.
  8. Prepare 1 tablespoons of Chaarmagaj.
  9. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  10. Prepare 4 of Kesar string.
  11. Prepare 2 tablespoons of Posto blended.
  12. Prepare 1 teaspoon of Red chilli powder.
  13. Make ready 1 teaspoon of Kashmiri red chilli powder.
  14. It’s 2 tablespoon of Mixed grind masala which includes dhania jeera,cardamom,black pe.
  15. It’s 2 of Onion big size blend.
  16. Take 1 tablespoon of Ghee.
  17. Prepare 2 tablespoons of White oil.
  18. It’s to taste of Salt.
  19. You need few drops of Gulab jal.

Chicken Chaap instructions

  1. First take chicken pieces then are to be cut little bit so that masala can be absorbed in the pieces.
  2. Now add curd,add blended onion,add garlic- ginger in the chicken pieces.
  3. Next keep it in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
  4. After that remove from the refrigerator.
  5. Add blended kaju puree.
  6. Add blended chaarmagaj add posto puree.
  7. Add roasted Besan.
  8. Add red chilli powder.
  9. Add kasmiri red chilli powder.
  10. Add golapjal.
  11. Add kesar which is soaked in water add to the chicken pieces.
  12. Add dhania jeera cardamom labang masala add salt.
  13. Next Keep it in the normal temperature because cooking can be done easily.
  14. Now put 2 tablespoons oil in the pan add chicken pieces only without liquid.
  15. Fry chicken.
  16. Fry both sides then keep aside.
  17. Next take another pan add oil and ghee if you want u can cook by the ghee.
  18. Put rest liquid substance which is marinated by the chicken.
  19. Gas will be in medium flame.
  20. Stirring continuously.
  21. When it will be thickned add fried chicken pieces.
  22. Mix well Add some kesar and golapjal cover with the lid keep it for ten minutes in low flame.
  23. Next remove the lid Sweet smell Will comes out from the chicken when done keep the chicken in the serving bowl.
