- shake the bag very carefully and cover the porkloin…. refrigerate 2 hours.
- once that's done… take the porkloin out of the bag… and lay both loins in a 9x13 sprayed pan….. lay bacon strips on top of loins horizontally.
- preheat oven to 375°F.
- place in center of middle oven rack…..
- let cook for 2 1/2 hours…. until golden brown and bubbly and juices run clear..
